As lenders, commercial banks and brokers, we all get our money from the same place.  It all comes down to how much the customer is going to be charged for it.  We are paid by the "bank" when we deliver your mortgage.  The "bank" pays us enough, so you don't have to.  Usually there is no need for added origination fees or "outrageous junk fees."

At PPLS with our years of experience we only deal with reputable wholesale lenders so you won't get to the closing and not have any money because the bank closed.  Our lenders have been chosen by us for their service and history as we as their competitive pricing.
